New metro line for Lagos

FCP technical and commercial team is shaping Eko Rail"s framework for a new metro system under 25-year PPP in Lagos, Nigeria.

West Coast Main Line

FCP advised Adamawa State Government on a proposed mixed traffic railway to support economic development in north-eastern Nigeria. FCP identified routes, capital and operating costs, outline technical specification, market potential and project finance.

New freight railway links in Central Asia and Africa

FCP has developed integrated alignments and prepared initial capital and operating cost analysis for new railways linking planned mines to seaports in Central Asia and Africa on behalf of major mining company clients.

Rail corridor planning for London

FCP reviewed service patterns, infrastructure constraints and demand forecast in support of Transport for London's investment programme. The work included scoring options against TfL criteria to develop full business cases, service and operations cost data.
